Bio

Ingrid Pojemiatskas is a certified life coach working exclusively with women over 40 who are rebuilding their identity, confidence, and direction after narcissistic abuse, toxic relationships, and major life transitions.

Lithuanian-born and internationally based — first in Italy, then Spain — Ingrid brings both lived experience and professional training to her work. She is currently completing The Years I Stayed, a literary memoir exploring the psychology of staying in destructive relationships and the long process of leaving them behind.

She works in English and Italian, and is based in Milan, expanding her practice in the Italian market.
