Why Work With Me
I am a Certified Professional Coach specialising in narcissistic abuse recovery, toxic relationship patterns, self-sabotage, and identity rebuilding. I work exclusively with women over 40.
I do not coach from theory. I spent nineteen years inside a narcissistic relationship before rebuilding my own life across three continents. Everything I teach, I learned by living through it first.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required before the first session, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance. Payment plans are available for select packages and can be discussed upon request.
All bookings are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
By booking, you acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process, and you take full responsibility for your engagement and growth throughout the experience.
