Biography
Ingrida Pojemiatskas is a certified life coach who works with women over 40 recovering from narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, helping them rebuild their identity, self-trust, and direction in life.

Born in Lithuania, she spent eighteen years in a narcissistic abusive relationship before rebuilding her own life, an experience that now shapes both her coaching work and her writing. She works in English and Italian, and is based between Milan, Italy and Mallorca, Spain.

The Book
Ingrida is the author of “The Years I Stayed,” a literary memoir drawn from eighteen years inside a narcissistic abusive relationship. The manuscript was written in English and submitted to English-language literary agents, including consideration for the Fitzcarraldo Editions Novel Prize. It has not yet been accepted for publication and is currently being translated into Italian.
